The descaling process resulted in a serious safety incident. The unit was purchased brand new, and within four days it began indicating that descaling was required. When my wife attempted to open the descaling screw as instructed, it suddenly released high-pressure steam, causing burns to her hands. The bathroom was filled with steam and water as a result. This incident demonstrates a significant safety hazard associated with the product. I reported the matter to an Amazon UAE supervisor, Ms. Sinran, who informed me that she would revert after consulting the manufacturer. When I inquired about escalating the issue to the relevant authorities, I was advised not to proceed at that time. My wife experienced pain and discomfort for two days following the incident. Given the severity of this safety issue, I request an immediate investigation and appropriate action.

It malfunctioned two days after I received it, and there's no way to contact the maintenance department to find out if there's a manufacturing defect or not. For this reason, I don't recommend buying it.

I received the iron today. The box looks like it was opened before. I was trying to used the product and it was broken. There is leakage from the base of the steam generator. The water tank was empty by half in 5 minutes. I was only trying to iron 1 T-shirt. I was using Philips steam iron for the last 6 years. This one is definitely broken. I have to return it. This is very upsetting.

Ho comprato questo ferro da stiro alla mia compagna facendole una sorpresa ed è rimasta molto soddisfatta. Ha un bel design, bei colori e come caratteristiche sulla carta sembra ottimo, con pressione di 7,5 bar e automatico in tutto. Prima di questo presi un rowenta sempre su Amazon con passate le 2000 recensioni e 4,5 stelle... Lo abbiamo mandato indietro perché dopo 2 utilizzi non spruzzava più vapore e in generale non Era un granché. Questo a detta della mia compagna è il miglior ferro che abbia mai provato, bello, maneggevole, leggero, potente e una gran comodità il fatto di non dover settare il tipo di tessuto da stirare, fa tutto lui! Anche lasciandolo appoggiato appositamente su una camicia non ha lasciato nessun segno! Riesce a togliere pieghe con un paio di passate, mentre con gli altri ferri testati finora doveva passare più e più volte senza arrivare a questo risultato spesso e volentieri! Che dire, se volete un ottimo ferro da stiro prendetelo senza pensarci.
