Clorox Triple Action Dust Wipes, Extra Large - 26 Count Each (Pack of 3)

These Clorox dust wipes are excellent at trapping dust, dirt and pet hair. I find these have a much better dust trapping capability than the Swiffer dusters I previously used. In addition to dusting a multitude of surfaces above floor level, I use the extra large size on my floor duster and have found they work very well. I gave a box of these to my college-age son, who is not a clean freak by any means, but he asked for more because he liked the ease of use and the fact that they remove dust so well without any additional spray or cleaning product. Highly recommended.

I gave these Clorox Dust Wipes a good workout yesterday as I cleaned my house in preparation for Christmas decorating. We have forced air heat, plus a long-haired cat, which means dust and pet hair are constant problems. The best thing about these wipes is that they do a good job of getting up dust, pet hair, and allergens without using spray cleaners. I used them on a ceiling fan that is always covered in dust, and they did a great job. I also used them to clean off lamp shades and the backs of chairs where our cat always sleeps. Again, great job. The packaging says these are large enough to fit on sweepers – I can’t comment on that, since I don’t use the kind that would work with these.The box describes the wipes as “XL,” which would suggest they are very large. They measure about 8 ½ by 10 inches, which is smaller than a single paper towel sheet (the ones I buy measure 10 ½ by 11 inches). So, I wouldn’t call the wipes “extra large.” Additionally, the claim on the box that one wipe can “dust an entire room” seems exaggerated. I guess it would depend on how large the room is and how much dust/hair you need to clean up. But I needed to use five of them on the ceiling fan alone! The wipes do “grab” dust and hair, which means you’re really only going to get two good swipes with one wipe (one swipe on each side of the wipe) before you need to throw it away. Of course, if your home isn’t very dusty and you don’t have pets, you might be able to clean an entire room with one wipe. But that didn’t work for me.As for the price, Amazon is currently selling them for about $13 for three boxes (which comes to about 16-cents per wipe). That’s not bad. I went through one entire box (26 wipes) during yesterday’s cleaning – but we’re talking about five rooms, one of which is very large.Overall, I like these wipes. They are reasonably priced, and they do a good job with really dusty spaces. I plan to buy them again.

The continuous price increase on these is crazy! This is a great product and I used to purchase a ton of them!!! I paid 50% less though!! The price has doubled in less than 6 months!! Why???

Discovered dust wipes and they are so much better at actually trapping dust. They are almost sticky. Better than using a Swiffer duster.

I expected more for the money paid and marketing... unpleasant to touch and does not clean the surfaces as promised...

If you want to capture any dust instead of spreading it around then these are what you need!!!! I clean houses professionally and absolutely love these over any swifter or any duster!!!

These are great!! They fit on your duster mop. They pick up dust, cat hair and dirt better than the other sheets.

The Clorox Triple Action Dust Wipes definitely do a good job of attracting and grabbing onto dust (hair, allergens, etc.), without just letting go of it and spreading it around (exactly what they say they'll do), but they're best when used for smaller jobs. They do a good job on smaller surface areas, as well as surfaces that are regularly dusted, but when you get to those places that are dusted more infrequently (backs of TV's, ceiling fans), one just isn't up to that task (which is probably common sense). One certainly isn't not going to cover most rooms and used about half a pack cleaning the whole house (which includes 2 ceiling fans). They still do work well, but you'll need at least a few to get most jobs done. I like the fact that they're not abrasive, so there's no danger that it's going to damage the finish of your furniture.These do work well, and they're not too expensive (currently about 16 cents a wipe). They do a great job of picking up just about any kind of dust, pet hair and allergens, and while I don't think they're the only thing you need to dust (especially in cases where dust has been allowed to collect for a while), they are a great tool to have, especially for regular dusting.
