Each body is different, may or may not work...
I always sleep late, I can stay up til 3am without a problem, and plus I am a light sleeper. I ordered this to find out about the hype, unfortunately it does not work well for me. First night I took 1 capsule, it was okay but it did not make me sleepy. The 2nd night I took 2 capsules late at night and yes, it worked because I had a nice sleep and woke up normal (not groggy). On the 3rd night I took 2 capsules again thinking that it was the dose that works for me, but unfortunately nothing happened. As if I did not take anything at all. I am hesitant to increase the dose for now, but I continue to take it nightly bec of the positive benefits it has for the body. Maybe one day I will try to take 3 caps at bedtime. Or maybe next time, will try to take it with magnesium, but I have to check the other mineral levels on my bloodwork first before I do that so I do not mess them up.

Better and safer than melatonin
Long term melatonin use caused serious issues with me, so I looked for a safe natural alternative. Apigenin gave a much more pleasant "calm" and good sleep quality without grogginess. I combined this with magnesium, l-theanine, and GABA, and had the best night of sleep I've had in years.

50mg of apigenin for sleep. This is much better that the proprietary blends that are out there because it is pure apigenin.

Company doesn’t accept returns if it doesn’t work
I received this and was surprised to read on the instructions that you would need to take this with a dietary fat. Who would want to eat fatty food before going to sleep? Ok…so I took decided to take it after dinner at 5pm. I didn’t notice any of the purported sleep improvement benefits. On top of that, the company offers no returns through Amazon. I was blocked from being able to return this when attempting to. Just FYI, you’re taking a risk when buying this, unlike buying supplements from a brick and mortar store or other seller.
