Deep stains may require a second application and light scrubbing with a brush or cloth. To help prevent future rust stains, apply a protective coating of Star brite Polish to cleaned area to seal surface pores. Avoid contact with fabric. Test area to be cleaned for colorfastness in an inconspicuous area before proceeding with overall cleaning.

Review: Excellent for golf cart stains - I had rust looking stains on a painted driveway from a lead acid battery golf cart. I tried several things to get rid of it and nothing worked. I contacted the company that painted my drive way and they recommended Star Brite. I ordered it and simply sprayed it on the large rust spots. Within seconds I could see the rust going away. I let it sit for about a minute or two and simply rinsed away. Very good product.
Review: This stuff really works! - This stuff is AMAZING! I wish I had taken before pics so the difference could really be seen, but since I didn't think to do so you'll just have to take my word for it. I have a house at the beach that had a metal compass decoration mounted on the vinyl siding. Over the years the salt air took its toll and rusted it through, leaving heavy rust stains running down the siding. My neighbor recommended this product, as he heard it was good, but hadn't actually used it himself. Well he heard right! This stuff completely took off all the stains that had been there for a few years. Much of it wiped off at first contact, and the deeper stains only took a little soaking and light scrubbing. I was amazed. I thought for sure I'd need to replace the siding due to the stains, but Star Brite was just what I needed. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I definitely would. Great stuff!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does this work in bathroom tubs and toliets ?**
A: Absolutely. It works great on bathtub rust stains, toilets, calcium deposits, sprinkler rust stains on the sides of house or sidewalk etc. Spray on and give it a moment to work. The stain should be gone before you rinse it away. Wiping or scrubbing is usually not required unless the rust is super thick. This is marine strength formula and not watered down.

**Q: will this work on a fiberglass inground pool?**
A: It should work on a fiberglass pool liner. I used it on plastic, outdoor chairs and a plastic boat (HDPE). I also used it on concrete. It’s best to spray the rusted area and wait - give the product time to work. Don’t touch it for at least five minutes. If the stain is not gone, it shouldn’t take more than a gentle rub with BLUE Scotchbrite (cousin of Starbrite!) -do not use the green, it will scratch.

**Q: Is this product good to use?**
A: Yes, this product is good to use per the directions on the label. Since 1973, Star brite has guaranteed satisfaction with all of our products. Call the toll-free number on the label to speak with our live support team if you have any product questions whatsoever.

**Q: Will this work on vinyl boat cushions**
A: It will work on vinyl seat cushions. I have a boat cover that I made using marine vinyl. While cutting metal that was on my trailer, some of the metal dust/fragments landed on the boat cover; I didn’t see them until they left little rust spots. The Star Brite removed all traces of the rust and didn’t discolor the material at all.
