Works well for my laptop. However it doesn't seem to last very long. I suggest unplugging it went not using. Be careful not to crimp the tip.

Speedy Charge
My daughter forgot her "real" HP charger at home when she went back to college, so I needed to get one to her asap before her computer died. I had previously looked at purchasing this one as a backup anyway, but didn't because some reviews talked about how hot it gets. Since Amazon could get this to her sooner than I could ship her the one I had, I took my chances and ordered it but warned her to pay attention if it was getting hot. It's only been a few weeks but she used this every day and it did not get hot at all. So far the quality seems amazing, but if the cord starts to unravel or there are issues I will update this review. She was home this past weekend and brought it with her and I personally left it plugged in over night to see if it got hot, and it did not. Even if it only lasts a year, at this price it was well worth it and I'd purchase it again.

This is NOT a laptop charger. While it is a "fast charger" it will charge your laptop so poorly you'll prolly just watch the percentage slowly go down. This is not worth $15 you can get the same quality charger for $9. Disappointed.

Stopped working in 2 months
Was okay when initially bought, slowly stopped charging laptops. For the last couple of days, completely has not been working, tried on multiple electronics. Will be tossing out since it's past return/exchange date.

C'est le deuxième chargeur de remplacement que j'achète sur amazon et les deux n'ont pas fait long feu. J'ai finalement acheté le chargeur d'origine pour plus avoir de problème. Ça revient moins cher que d'acheter constamment des chargeurs qui ne durent pas.
