Between this and ibuprofen/tylenol I’ve been able to manage pain fairly well considering how bad the cavity is.

If you’re truly in pain, like the miserable kind & maybe like me can’t afford a dentist or can’t get to one, tried home remedies & nothing, searching for actual help.. you found it. $10 on Amazon it’s the strongest dental pain reliever you can buy OTC (to my knowledge) I hate seeing anyone suffer & oh my goodness I’ve hurt so bad I thought I would lose my mind but this stuff numbs it like the shot you would get at the dentist 🦷. You will finally get relief, I was shocked 😳 & it works instantly when you put it on & last for a while too! I now keep this in my home at all times, just in case!
