This jerky is exactly as described and precisely what I enjoy. It is dry as advertised. That's fine with me. I don't care for a jerky that has sticky pieces. Especially because I use my PC frequently and I don't want my sticky fingers to transfer to the keyboard. You won't have that problem this authentic beef jerky. The only problem that I have is after I devour one piece I can't stop. Once the taste buds and saliva glands go to work it is almost impossible to put down the bag. I move the bag to another room. I highly recommend that any jerky lover like me try this brand. There are multiple other flavors offered. I just purchased another three pack today.

One of the best beef jerkies I've tried in a long time, very tough and dry and tastes great, no aftertaste like you find in all the other crap out there, I've tried like 5 flavors so far and my favorite is Hickory, and be aware the "Hot" flavor is so hot that its basically inedible. Its a little on the thinner side, I would like some thicker pieces, but overall much better than all the other stuff at the grocery stores. A really good jerky, good quality. Thanks Guys!

I ordered this beef jerky because it claims to be gluten-free, but it is NOT! It has soy sauce, which contains wheat! FYI. Otherwise, my husband says it tastes good. Note: Soy sauce is made with wheat. Tamari is similar to soy sauce, but is made without wheat. If the beef jerky were made with tamari, I would love to try it.

This is good beef jerky if it is recent. One might ask, what does such a statement mean? Well, while uncommon, I do get some old bags...that's concerning. It is easy to tell because it turns to dust in your mouth and has little flavor. This has happened twice in maybe 11 bags, so a concerningly high percentage. It never occurred to me to make a claim as if it were bad, which arguably it is. My point is this, when it is fresh, its really good texas old style (calm down, OK borders TX....sheesh), when its not, in the trash it goes. I have it on subscription, but will take it off if it happens again.... 3 strikes n all.

It's very tasty jerky. Didn't last very long because it's difficult to not eat it while it sits next to me. The seasoning is very nice and savory. I'm not a fan of those really tender jerky; I wanted some that is super tough and can be chewed for a long time while it gives out flavor. This isn't that, but it has a pleasant normal toughness and dryness, and is certainly a good product.

This is the "Best Tasting" Beef Jerky I have ever had. I knew it would be a great product, bring that it is made in the Great State of Oklahoma where I am from. But it honestly has a great flavor and texture too. Superior packaging, and super fresh. Thank you for such a great product folks. A very satisfied customer form Moore, OK. ~Jeff

Yes it's very dry and very tough (more than traditional Biltong) - much more than I had in mind. But the biggest problem is the amounts of black pepper (and I ordered the Hickory Beef Jerky). I couldn't even taste the hickory through all the pepper. Definitely won't buy again
