I've had the cooler about 3 weeks now. I have the cooler set to 58 degrees and it has done a great job of maintaining temperature; runs very quiet! I went with the birch wood racks and overall the unit has a great compact size and nice aesthetic look. Storage advertised as holding 20 bottles but I can't see getting 20 bottles comfortably in this cooler. The shelf spacing is tight even for a standard 750 ml wine bottle and any bottle that is slightly oversized in girth or height has to fit at the bottom of the unit, which will only hold 4 bottles. At times I will probably have to remove the bottom wood rack and pyramid stack 7 bottles, losing overall storage at the minimum of at least 1 bottle. To be able to slide the wood racks slightly out enough to easily place or remove most bottles requires the door to swing open almost a full 180 degrees so add that into consideration of how you place the cooler. The biggest complaint is the strong formaldehyde like/adhesive odor inside the unit, I'm guessing from the insulation used. I aired out the unit for a full 24 hrs. after unpacking but did not change. Pulled out the wood racks thinking that could be the source but it was not. After 3 weeks odor has slightly dissipated but still noticeable. Also the LED temp indicator light is pretty bright, will definitely light up a room in the dark.PROS: Seals and holds consistent temperature well; Very quiet operation; Compact size and nice aesthetic appearance.CONS: Chemical odor inside cooler; Tight spacing of racks may limit bottle storage capacity; Wood racks are nice but of cheaper construction (I had to glue one rack joint together that had separated, as wood joints are tacked together); LED temp display brightness is not adjustable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Item received with door broken off hinge *by L***N on Reviewed in the United States on December 25, 2021* This wine cooler arrived damaged beyond belief. Multiple dents on the housing, and the unit had been dropped on the upper hinge, resulting in the door being busted off the cooler. I wish I could be writing a more useful review directed towards the actual product; however the damaged condition has rendered the wine cooler inoperable.
