Sturdy and pretty
I love this line of utensils. They do not bend with the heat but stay sturdy and very beautiful to boot.

Good balance, sturdy but not too thick
I like the balance of this spoon. At first I thought the handle was going to be too heavy but its about right. Also the thickness of the actual spoon part is just right, unlike the silicone ones I have used in the past which are too thick and not as easy to scoop liquids out of a pan
