Even though this preparation is delicious, it does not have the numbing effect of Sichuan peppercorns. Will not purchase again.

Moi Soi is healthy minus the MSG Monosodium Glutamate...BUT AND IT IS A BIG BUT...it is too garlicky and gingery- for my liking...very less salt and soy too. ....and probably adaptable to Indian Cuisine rather than authentic Chinese Cuisine. I tried both Moi Soi Schezwan and Moi Soi Kung Pao and SADLY THE GARLIC GINGER DOMINATES AND IS OVERPOWERING. Will not be buying Moi Soi again for this reason... and will revert back to MALAYSIAN MADE SAUCES via Amazon....a brand I loved was TAI HUA in Hoisin and Kung Pao.

One reliable brand for Schezwan that doesn't taste artificial.

It tastes ok, oil is a bit more. Rest Good

MOI SOI® SCHEZWAN SAUCE - is having very strong flavor and completely having different taste compare to other schezwan sauce available in the market. I didn't like it much.

I like this sauce. So much better than Ching's. Only issue is that it is more gingery than required. But very good nonetheless. Should have been a bit more budget friendly. Quite expensive for the quantity.
