I have to say i am seriously disappointed with this bag. It was bought as a second replacement to my 15 year old North Face duffel, first replacement being North Faces own updated offering, that was also a serious drop in quality, lasted a year. I cant fault the Amazon supplier here, very prompt and professional but the bag is a big let down. Ok so 4 months and 4 trips in. first off I knew in advance that it had less pouches and was willing to live with it. I now realise that I use pouches more than i knew, but hey, that's on me. Ok to my main issue, "Quality", where do I start. As soon as it came out of the box I noticed the Zippers, literally on top of the lip of the plastic base including 90 degree corners, come on that will never last, but again, its Samsonite, top rated, expensive, they must know more than me. Unfortunately no, it is now showing signs of strain at the 90 degree zipper corners. Next, base material in line with wheels, showing rubbing marks, on their own i could live with, after all its a working bag. the fabric piping around the bag, worn though to whit plastic tubes underneath. Lastly and ultimately holes. 4 trips in and 2 holes. both on bottom (bottom as in bottom when standing upright). First hole on canvas of bag. Just a plain old hole, on a 4 month bag. Not good. Second hole is a tear that is causing me to scrap the bag. It is between the metal zipper and where attaching to canvas bag material. A tear has appeared and by its position it will only get worse. Taking my chances that it will make it home then time to pull old battered and bruised old faithful North Face from cupboard until I find a worthy successor. Any tips on a good replacement would be appreciated.

after one use handle stopped retracting! it doesn't sit right when using upright i.e. the handle, also doesn't run correctly when in a hurry it wanted to rotate! very disappointed !!!
