They are lovely, crisp linen. I guess I am used to napkins that are 8x8, as I find them a bit small, but I will keep them. They arrived in the retailers, package, which saves money and waste. However it looked like it had been dropped in the dirt and run over by a vehicle. The contents were fine. I would have been upset, if these had been meant as a gift for someone.

I specifically wanted a large red and white checked table runner. This one was inexpensive and just the right color and size of squares. When it arrived, I was VERY impressed with the quality for the price. This is a lovely piece!
