How do I get new plans besides the 3 that it brings? Instructions only comes with 3 levels only

There is a QR code on the instructions manual that takes you to their website. It took me a minute to find or click on the right link. It will direct you to purchase their set but underneath the purchase button there is a different button. If you click on that it will take you to new configurations I believe. I didn’t get to fully check this feature out due to my four year old wouldn’t let me finish. I hoped this helped a tiny bit

I just got this for my son and he loves it but the plastic shield piece is missing. Is there a way to get just that piece separately?

No, same thing with the marbles i contact them directly and they dont sell spare parts, but the plastic is easy fix just with a hole puncher you can do one and higher, less frustration for the kiddos
