Does this dry in 45 seconds like the one I have now?

Yes it does takes about 45sec to be dry to touch and all Polish takes a bout 24-48 hr to cure or harden completely.

It is a very fine glitter so it is smooth to the touch and is simple to remove although it is easier to remove if you let it soak for a 30-60 seconds first.
