It took a matter of minutes and I was back in business. It works well when pulling trees and branches out of the rough and into the clearing, or when dragging a widowmaker onto the forest floor. The isolator, hook, and red strap all do their job well. I use each every time I'm winching. If switching from metal cable to synthetic rope, be sure to also switch your fairlead.
