What is the difference between the A6 and the A6s? Wich one is better?

They're both equally good. The difference is mainly in the cartridges available for each device. Look at those, decide what you want to do with the device and choose the one that best suits your needs. For example, I want to blush my lips but the A6S does not come with a 3-pin to 10-pin cartridge that is required to perform that task. But the A6 and I think the A1, does. This is for now, I don't know if other specialty cartridges will be available for all models at a later date.
