Q: Can you change line side lugs to 1/0 al

The disconnect was UL listed with the lugs from the manufacturer. If you change the lugs you void the UL listing. If you are running bigger wire for voltage drop. You can run 1/0 to the disconnect and used Polaris lugs and a small piece of number 6 wire to go to the disconnect lug.

No, this does not come with fuses, they need to be sourced 3rd party.

Knockouts are prestamped, 1/2 to 1 inch.
