I was hoping that the oregano and caprylic acid ingredients wouldn't be too concentrated, since they can be irritating to the stomach, and the person I bought this for has ulcers. I put a small amount in water and let a few drops make contact with my mouth. Even this very miniscule amount caused a painful burning sensation that lasted for several minutes. I don't want to give the product a bad review because it may work really well for some people. The ingredients seem to be good quality - when you open the capsule there is a strong smell of natural oregano, which is good for the urinary tract if you can tolerate it.
