Contacted the seller and they sent the missing bracket immediately. Good customer service by that company. As for the basket/rack combo, I've been using it for over a year now (since September 2016) and I mean I use my bike everyday for small grocery shopping like milk, rice, laundry detergent, fruits, eggs, etc. I like that I can remove the basket from the rack and use it instead of the grocery shopping baskets. I have overloaded this basket so many times and this is one sturdy basket/rack combo. Just be aware that when the bike's front is heavy, it is harder to maneuver the bike. I also like how it looks on my bike, with the basket on or just the rack. I'm a bit of a DIY guy and was able to fit this basket onto my mountain bike. Makes my mountain bike look a little like a cruiser bike. When installed there is about 3" clearance between the basket and the handlebar - the brake and shift cables are not hampered in any way. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very pleased with this basket *by M***R on December 6, 2013* There were no reviews when I bought it, so it was a leap of faith. However, I've been very happy with the quality. The rack especially is made of quite thick wire and the paint seems to be a high-quality gloss. My one suggestion for improvement (if you're listening Wald) would be to have a mesh bottom and mesh up the sides aways on the basket so keys and other small items don't fall out. I also love the removeable basket concept. If I don't need it, I can leave it at home. And when it is on, the rack mount is much sturdier than a handlebar bracket.Overall, an excellent buy in a basket. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great basket/rack combo, great price *by R***S on May 19, 2014* There are so many options with this rack/basket, and it's priced extremely fair compared to all the other racks around. Just the front rack alone would be worth the price in my opinion.It attaches super easily and is made of quality materials. Pretty sturdy for carrying heavy things.
