I have Golf Pride MCC Plus 4 grips. I was worried that the aid was going to damage the grip. Once I got it on the 7, I tried a couple of swings. I don't recommend using it for full swings but you can. The best drill for it is to set your wrists so the brace is against your lead forearm. Set your hands at the top of your swing and start your downswing. No backswing for this drill. I like to hit half and 3/4 shots from that position. The aid puts your wrist cock in a very powerful position and makes it really easy to square the club face. In summary, if you've got a back up set of clubs, put the aid on a short iron and leave it on there. If you've got oversized grips, I wouldn't use this at all.
