The led lamps in your circuit need to be 24v or they may not last very long with the additional voltage. Check your old 12v power supply and make sure it’s DC. If it’s AC you’ll need to find an AC power supply. You will see your lamps come on then in a few minutes go off and later back on if your old power supply is AC. Other than that your leds should work but be brighter and the 30watts will cover you. Remember voltage must be DC for this power unit to work correctly. Check your old power supply it will have a label “ Output Volage: 12v or 24v AC or DC. It could handle four (4) lights at 10 watts each BUT the issue is voltage. Most outdoor lighting such as Malibu use a low voltage of 12 volts, so this power supply will supply too much voltage for outdoor low voltage fixtures and blow out the bulbs. Purchase a 120 VAC to 12 volt power supply. Amazon lists many. Doesn't need to be a 12 Volt DC power supply, AC will work just as well. Just make sure it has a 12 VOLT output. I would get one rated at 60 watts.
