Are the scour pads dishwasher safe?

They can go in the dishwasher. Some say the best way to remove buildup from cleaning is to put in a bowl of hot water. They are made of nylon so can be safe on top rack or soaking in hot water - NOT BOILING water though.

Will this damage on stainless steel griddle?

The Blackstone griddle tops are not stainless steel they are rolled steel which is similar to cast iron. The orange scrub pads are great for basic cleaning. The griddle stone however is for rust removal for seasoning removal and is not to be used except in more extreme cleaning situations.
