I bought this pen for my daughter as aChristmas gift. Battery usage life is very short. During the second use, we were not able to add the second plastic strand. Charged it for 1 hr, and when we turned it pen did not work anymore. My daughter was very disappointed, could not even finish one project. I WOULD LIKE TO CLARIFY THAT I CONTACTED THE MANUFACTURER AND HE RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY. I WAS AMAZED BY THE KIND AND FAST TREATMENT AND GOT A REPLACEMENT PEN IN NO TIME.
