EXCEPTIONAL product! The scents are fantastic, the product is absolutely amazing.
It’s really rare these days to find products that hit on so many levels. I have a longer beard that requires a lot of taming and needed a conditioner that was up to the job. After trying a number of different ones, I found the Bossman Magic. The scent was a head turner but the way it makes my beard feel is a keeper. It’s so effective that I don’t NEED to use it every day but I do because the scent’s so great. Working my way through the scents now. Not the cheapest, but it’s well worth it and it lasts. Finally something that doesn’t smell like generic drugstore cologne!

Fantastic Product!
This is the second Bossman product I have purchased. I also purchased their Beard Jelly (Magic). I was super happy with the Beard Jelly and I am just as ecstatic about the Beard Conditioner. The Fortify Intense Beard Conditioner (Magic) has a silky smooth consistency and is also fairly thick, but not too thick. It comes out of the bottle fairly easy and spreads even easier. When I received the package and opened the bottle I did not read the instructions and applied a dime sized amount to my beard immediately. I was excited to try it since I liked the Jelly Beard Oil so much. The first thing I noticed was the smell. It smelled very similar to the Bossman Jelly Beard Oil (Magic), but not exactly the same. It has the same notes of Sandal Wood and Vanilla with subtle accents of Bergamont, Patchouli, and Frankincense; but it also had a slight hint of something else that I can't identify. The only way I know how to describe it is to call it a "conditioner" smell. So, I have a fairly thick beard that is also incredibly wiry and coarse. If I don't use any products it is usually dry and a little brittle. After applying the Beard Conditioner, I ran a comb through it with ease and brushed it. Normally it is a task to get a comb through my beard because of tangles. This problem was immediately remedied with the conditioner. My beard also felt a little softer and has a slight sheen to it. It made it look nice and tight. While standing in my bathroom looking at my beard, I read the label. The instructions said to apply the conditioner to a wet beard, wait 2 minutes, and wash thoroughly. It also suggests to use it only 2 times a week. Three days later I used the product as described. It seemed to affect my beard a little less that time because of the rinse. It did still add a little softness, a slight sheen, and more manageability. It was just not as dramatic as when I used it the first time. I will probably continue to use it as a leave in conditioner. I doubted that 2 times a week was enough when I read that in the instructions. However, it appears that only twice a week is enough to condition my beard. Please note that I am also using the Jelly Beard Oil (Magic) with it and apply that once, sometimes twice a day. I can highly recommend this conditioner as well as the Bossman Jelly Beard Oil. I have only tried the Magic scent, but look forward to trying their other scents in the near future.

I like the scent My beard does seem a bit softer ...
I've used a lot of beard products in the past. This is the first time I've used this particular product and I chose the "hammer scent." Pros: I like the scent My beard does seem a bit softer You do receive an ample amount in the container. Cons: I wish the scent were a bit stronger and lasted longer I wish that the product lathered a bit better than it does These are my persoinal preferences I do like the product I all purchase again and I'm entertaining the idea of trying the beard jelly.

This Keeps My Beard Fresh and Soft for Over a Day!
If I could die smelling something it would probably be this. Of all the beard conditioners I've tried, this is the only one that leaves me smelling my upper lip all day. It leaves my beard moist but never oily, and each bottle lasts using daily for months, so it goes a long way. I feel it is decently priced for how good of quality it feels and smells.

Simply Amazing
First off, I'd like to mention that it's rare for me to ever take the time to write a review on a product. This stuff is just too good that I feel like I need to say something about it. My favorite beard balm company is no more and I'd decided to get a head start on my beard before the cold seasons come around. I typically don't like to take chances on new products that I can't test before buying. I'm not a very big fan of "manly" smelling things. I prefer a sweet/vanilla scent. That's my preference, be it unpopular or not. I searched for a vanilla scented beard balm and immediately came across Bossman Magic Scent. Although I couldn't find a very thorough description on the scent in the product description or customer reviews, the reviews were postive. I looked no further because this caught my eye... JELLY?? Wtf is beard JELLY!? This sound ludicrous, absolutely bizarre, yet intriguing. So crazy that I just might need to give it a shot and I'm so glad that I did. I decided to go all out and buy the conditioner, jelly, and balm. My beard is about an inch long and started to get that dry, wirey feeling, looking out of control. After using the conditioner in the shower, I patted my beard lightly with a towel, squirted a bit of the jelly into my hand, massaged it into my beard, and combed it in with my beard comb. My beard already felt and looked a million times healthier. I followed up with a bit of balm. Using a boar hair brush and a beard comb, I fluffed and shaped my beard. I was seriously blown away with how these products transformed my beard. I've used beard shampoos, oils, balms, a waxes before. None of them have had this sort of effect on my beard. Now, onto the scent. I was pleasantly surprised. I tried really, really hard to try to describe the smell without looking at the ingredients. The closest I could get is "it smells like Stewart's Orange Cream soda and shea butter - not really citrusy, warm, slight spice, a hint of patchouli (but not overwhelming), creamy vanilla." The ingredients listed on the container: shea butter, cocoa seed butter, mango seed butter, sandlewood oil, bergamot oil, frankincense oil, patchouli oil, and vanillin natural. These products kept my beard looking, smelling, and feeling great all day long. Light and soft, not thick and slick like other products I've tried. I don't have many friends who can grow a beard like I can, but for those friends who can, I'm absolutely recommending Bossman. I can't recommend a single item. It's all or nothing here. The conditioner, jelly, balm combo is the only way to go. Trust me, fellas. This stuff is seriously awesome.

Ladies, get this for your man. Men, get this for your ladies.
I would say the worst part of growing facial hair is that terrible prickly phase. Where it's itchy for him, but when he kisses you it feels like a thousand needles stabbing you in the face. OUCH! My hubs hates shaving. But that itchy phase?! But no smoochies cus your face is assaulting my face! I'm here to say you can have it all ladies & gentlemen. The Bossman line of facial hair products are amazing. This one, particularly, trult conditions those needles down into a plushie softness that you won't be able to stop touching. Get their comb & beard oil and you'll have a luxurious beard worthy of its own gleaming review in no time. We've not tried any of their scented products. Just naked is where it's at for us. No need to compete with your soap, shampoo, aftershave, D/O or cologne. Naked is the perfect non smell. Before Bossman I honestly did not care one way or the other about if my hubs shaved or not. Now? *sigh* If he shaved tomorrow I would mourn the loss of his Bossman beard!

Good but...
I like the product, but won't be purchasing again. I have a full (1 year growth) beard, and the amount of product you get for the price isn't worth it to me. Using this stuff 2 to 3 times a week and this won't last long at all. Guess I should have looked to see it was only 4 oz before I purchased. My fault. It does work well (smells good and makes my beard soft), but only slightly better than just using a good hair conditioner I can get at the local store. I've purchased many specialty products now for my beard, and most like this are just overpriced because they say they are "specially designed for your beard." Going back to standard hair conditioner and beard oil. The entire smaller portions and higher price to make you think it's specially designed seems like a ripoff.

Love this stuff
I'm a big fan of how this stuff smells and how soft it leaves my beard. My beard would get really dry and agitated after a shower. I'd typically need beard butter or beard oil once I got out. While those products are nice, they immediately leave my beard feeling dirty throughout the day. Fine if I'm about to go out, but not really what I want after getting clean. With this, I get to maintain that fresh clean feeling and it leaves all of my facial hair so much softer as well as the skin beneath. I'd imagine the only con is if you're looking for a muskie scent. This one has sort if a sweet scent to it, which doesn't bother me, but may not be for everyone.
