I became addicted to this oil when a friend gave it to me for a gift. Aargh--it was so good it completely ruined it for me for other lemon olive oils. Bought more at a gourmet store and was shocked at the price. Yes, this is an expensive oil, but you don't have to use much to enjoy amazing flavor. Ran out and couldn't find it again, so I chose another brand--bleh--no flavor, or at least not this type of flavor. So glad it is now on Amazon--I never run out and will actually share it now. Before, I coveted it only for myself--selfish?--you bet! This is a finishing oil--not for cooking. I drizzle it over caprese salad with a high-quality balsamic and fresh mozzarella and basil. Amazing. For salad dressing try mixing with fresh-squeezed lemon, adding fresh-grated parmesan cheese and black pepper. I just put it directly on my salad so the taste stays super fresh. Honestly, I will drizzle this on just about anything, fish, chicken, toast--just give me an excuse to use it. I also make up a salmon salad using this oil, fresh lemon, capers and canned, drained salmon. It is incredible. Scoop into endive leaves or place on top of crispy toast pieces and you have an amazing appetizer. Your friends will think you are a gourmet. The key to excellent food is excellent ingredients. And this is beyond excellent.

This is an excellent product, but it must be used sparingly, since the lemon aroma and flavor are very concentrated. It should just be used to finish a dish, not to sauté or fry with; I would also not recommend it in a salad dressing as the major oil component, but you could drizzle a few drops over the final mixed salad. It also comes with a cork with a thin pouring spout, which helps control the flow, and is an indication of how little you need to use. It imparts a wonderful citrus zing, which complements a wide range of food, from pasta to grilled vegetables to chicken to fish--basically anything you would use lemon on.

This is the best. Bright and fresh, not at like the infused oils that taste fake. This is a kapow of lemony delight. Wonderful finishing oil on just about anything.

Love, love, love this Lemon and Olive oil drizzled on any veggie, salad, chicken or fish. Need it always in my pantry.

This is a special olive oil that adds a bit of a wow factor when used in baking. I replaced vegetable oil in my cookie recipe with this and they were amazing; we made mantecados and they were excellent. We used it when making scampi as well, and used it simply as a drizzle on baked goods. The lemon is strong and I found it works best when given a little added sweetness.

Just ordered my second bottle of this extraordinary product. Yes, you will find cheaper, but you will never find a more delicate, lemon flavored oil. I use it primarily as a marinade for lamb and fish. I have also used it as a salad dressing with just a splash of unflavored rice vinegar. You will find it to be very light with a discreet, but authentic lemon flavor and aroma. This oil will not disappoint even the most discriminating palate.

Bought this to drink to help decrease Blood pressure reduce inflammation. The flavor great drank table spoon daily. Problem its expense for me. It's a cork bottle so you need that to remove cork. Over all enjoyed drinking this olive oil for the purpose I bought it for. I probably going to buy extra virgin olive with that have rating that its pure olive oil bc am drinking it but going the miss the flavor of this olive oil but can find any information proving its quality and only thing keeping me buying new bottle . However rated a four bc I truly enjoyed flavor but took off 1 point bc cant find proof of quality for the price need proof.
