This is a rub that I cannot do without. It’s great on pork tenderloin and hamburger patties You don’t have to rub it in. Just sprinkle on meat and let it work its magic. I’ve even used on salmon that u r going to cook on top of stove

I've used Bad Byron's for more than a decade now. Their slogan of everything is better with a little butt rub is pretty much the truth. I use this on just about all meats on the grill, except steak that I have marinades for, and get tons of complements. Put it on burgers, pork chops, pork steaks, smoked shoulders, ribs, chicken. etc. It gives great flavor by itself, makes a great bark on smoked shoulders, and adds depth of flavor when you finish with grilled on BBQ sauce. I've tried a ton of recipes and other rubs and Bryon's always takes the top prize. In addition to just feeding family and friends, I've done smoked, pulled shoulders for over a hundred people (hint, pat a thick layer on for killer bark) at graduation parties and such, and people always ask who we used. When I tell I made it, they are like "Wow!", "Amazing!" and "This is better than anything in town!". I will admit, though, that I don't "volunteer" that it's Butt Rub, lol! And, if you're ever in Destin, stop by. I did and they gave me the grand tour of their trophy room and Butt Rub swag. Great rub, great folks. UPDATE 7/19/2024: Seven years later and it's still my go to... especially good for smoked pulled pork and grill/BBQ'ed chicken.

This is a next level spice. Beware...once you try it, it will change your spicy and flavor game. No salt which is awesome but packed with flavor. A little enhances the flavor....heavy it will have an intense flavor with a little heat. Highly...highly recommend this product. Natural flavors with no fillers. One anti-caking agent which is needed but everything else it just awesome goodness! Let mw change your food life, just try it once and I know you will love it.

My fav rub… ribs, pulled pork, chicken. It’s stellar.
