If You Love Biscoff Cookies, This Is Dangerous
When you start making espresso drinks at home, there’s a point where you realize normal syrups aren’t interesting anymore. Vanilla? Fine. Caramel? Predictable. Hazelnut? Everyone has it. Then you discover cookie butter syrup. And if you like Lotus Biscoff / speculoos cookies, this flavor is basically unfair. ⸻ First Taste: Instant Biscoff Energy The flavor profile is exactly what you hope for. Think: • warm speculoos cookie • caramelized sugar • cinnamon and nutmeg • buttery toasted cookie sweetness That’s literally what this syrup is modeled after — the spiced cookie flavor that Biscoff is famous for. The first latte I made with this immediately reminded me of those cookies you get on airplanes or next to espresso in European cafés. If you’re a Biscoff fan, you’ll recognize the flavor instantly. ⸻ How It Works in Espresso Drinks This is where it really shines. I use it in: • cookie butter lattes • iced espresso drinks • cappuccinos • dessert coffees It blends really well with milk drinks because the spices add warmth instead of just sweetness. One pump is enough to give the drink personality without overpowering the espresso. ⸻ Texture & Mixability One thing DaVinci syrups do well is consistency. They dissolve easily in both hot and cold drinks and are formulated specifically for coffee beverages so they don’t separate or curdle dairy. That’s important when you’re making milk drinks or iced drinks at home. Some syrups just sit at the bottom of the glass — this one mixes properly. ⸻ When It’s Best This flavor shines in drinks that lean toward dessert. It’s perfect for: • fall/winter drinks • after-dinner espresso • sweet cappuccinos • iced coffee treats If you want a clean, minimal espresso, obviously skip it. But if you want something comforting and indulgent, it’s fantastic. ⸻ Pros • Very close to the flavor of Biscoff / speculoos cookies • Warm spice notes (cinnamon, nutmeg, caramelized sugar) • Mixes well with milk drinks • Large bottle lasts a long time • Unique flavor compared to basic syrups Cons • Sweet (as expected for a dessert syrup) • Easy to overuse if you love the flavor • Not a subtle flavor ⸻ Final Thoughts If you’re building a home espresso bar, this is one of those syrups that makes your drinks feel café-level. And if you’re the kind of person who eats half a sleeve of Lotus Biscoff cookies without realizing it, this flavor will hit immediately. Just be warned: once you start making cookie butter lattes, regular caramel drinks start feeling boring.

Tastes Like Banana Pudding and Dunkin Banana Flavor!
I don't know why someone would buy this expecting it to taste like real bananas like come on ppl lol. The only way to attain a syrup that tastes like real banana bread is to make it at home. This is an artificially flavored syrup so obviously it tastes that way! I have made banana bread syrup (more like a sauce) at home and it is delicious, highly recommend!! But this is way more shelf stable and tastes amazing in an iced latte as well! Different than home made but still good. To me this tastes like banana pudding mix which also has a fake banana taste. It also tastes EXACTLY like the new Dunkin banana flavored syrup which is what I was looking for! I use 1.5 tbsp syrup, a little vanilla paste, 2 espresso shots and 2 percent milk with plenty of ice. I like keeping my latte calories below 200 and not super sweet tho so you can up it to 2 tbsp. The cals in this are not terrible, 70 cals for 2 tablespoons. Usually my syrups have 50-60 cals for only 1 tbsp so I'm pleasantly surprised this is a little lower. I bought a second bottle because I'm afraid this is a limited release lol.

So good!
We love the taste and texture! Great for using in different things and especially for making apple mayonnaise for vegan and non-vegan sandwiches. It reminded me of a delicious apple bake my mother used to make. Totally worthy.

So good and great price!
It taste good and what a great price! However it tastes very different than the Monin brand that I love. To me it taste a lot like the DaVinci cherry which btw is so YUMMY. Its not bad just different.

✪ DaVinci | Gourmet Classic Vanilla Syrup: Great Flavor, Uses Cane Sugar, Great Price...
✪ DaVinci | Gourmet Classic Vanilla Syrup, 25.4 fl. oz. (Pack of 1) _____________________________________________________________________> ♦♦ Vanilla Syrup: ● I wanted to reduce the amount of flavored coffee creamer that I normally use, so I thought I would give DaVinci syrups a try. This was the first time that I tried and used the DaVinci brand. ♦♦ Coffee Time: ● I used about half of the coffee creamer that I typically use and I added a teaspoon or two of DaVinci syrup to my morning coffee. I gave it a good stir, then took a few sips and there was plenty of flavor for my liking and it seemed to have a rounder and had more of a vanilla like taste when comparing it to the vanilla flavored coffee creamer that I normally use, I definitely enjoyed the result. ♦♦ Great for Other Uses: ● I also tried this syrup with other drinks such as soft drinks, cola, orange and root-beer, and a smoothie. All of them of them were very good, indeed. Give it a try. ● I also added some to plain yogurt and some other foods and they all tasted really good as well. ♦♦ Ingredients: Cane Sugar, Water, Natural Vanilla Extract with Other Natural Flavor, Sodium Benzoate and Potassium Sorbate (preservatives), Citric Acid, Caramel Color. ✪ Pricing: $6.88 / 25.4 fl. oz. ● A very affordable price for it's size, especially when compared to other brands that I've had before. ✪ SCORE: 5 Stars > ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ♦ ✪ ♦ Over-All: ● I most definitely liked the results that I got when using DaVinci flavored syrup with my coffee, soft drinks (soda) and even food. As affordable as it is I would recommend checking it out and see what you can come up with. I would buy it again. ______________________________________________________________________>

⭐ DaVinci Gourmet Classic White Chocolate Syrup Review
The DaVinci Gourmet Classic White Chocolate Syrup is a must‑have if you love café‑style drinks at home. It delivers that rich, creamy white‑chocolate flavor without being overly sweet, and it blends beautifully into both hot and cold beverages. Whether you’re upgrading your morning latte or adding a touch of sweetness to desserts, this syrup is incredibly versatile and delicious. 🍫 Why This Syrup Stands Out Smooth white‑chocolate flavor: Creamy, mellow, and perfectly balanced — not artificial or overly sugary. Great for hot & iced drinks: Mixes easily into lattes, iced coffees, frappes, hot chocolate, and even milkshakes. Barista‑quality texture: Silky and consistent, making it easy to drizzle, blend, or layer. Large 25.4 oz bottle: Plenty of syrup for daily use, entertaining, or experimenting with new recipes. Versatile beyond drinks: Works beautifully in baking, frosting, oatmeal, and dessert toppings. ☕ Perfect For Homemade lattes and cappuccinos Iced coffees and cold brews White‑chocolate mochas Dessert drizzling Smoothies and milkshakes Holiday drinks and creative recipes It adds that cozy café sweetness without overpowering the drink. 🔍 Things to Keep in Mind Because it’s a classic syrup (not a sauce), the flavor is lighter and more mixable — great for drinks, but those wanting a thick drizzle may prefer a white‑chocolate sauce. A little goes a long way, so start with a small amount and adjust to taste. ⭐ Final Thoughts The DaVinci Gourmet Classic White Chocolate Syrup is a creamy, smooth, and incredibly versatile addition to any coffee or dessert routine. It elevates homemade drinks with a professional touch and adds just the right amount of sweetness. If you love white‑chocolate‑flavored coffees or want a reliable syrup for everyday use, this bottle is an excellent choice.

Comparing to the coffee giant version
Starbucks comparison (from a personal standpoint): I’m fortunate enough to have a bottle of Starbucks Brown Sugar. Problem is, I’m almost out. Looking around at some alternative options, and reading the reviews- I see some saying this is a good substitute. Because I happen to have the syrup on hand, I figured I should see if it is, because it would be great given the low cost of DaVinci syrup. This picture I’m attaching is just to see the color difference. Consistency wise, the DaVinci syrup is much lighter, more runny. The Starbucks is definitely a thicker liquid, that runs much slower. Flavor is the big one: DaVinci is lighter on taste, and sweeter. The best way to describe the flavor is comparing DaVinci’s to 100% real maple syrup that’s been diluted down with water. It’s good, but not really similar (in my opinion) to Starbucks Brown Sugar. Starbucks is more smokey in flavor, more strong/bold. My drinks are made using espresso, oak milk, cinnamon powder, and ice. I made my drink the same way, but used DaVinci Syrup this time. I found that the same amount of syrup that I use for the Starbucks, didn’t feel like it had a strong enough flavor. What did I do? I added an extra ounce of DaVinci hoping to get a stronger flavor. The problem is, DaVinci is more sweet than the Starbucks syrup (in my opinion) and ended up making my drink taste too sweet. It’s sweet enough that I’m not going to finish drinking it. I’m not knocking the DaVinci syrup itself. I think it’s a good brand and a good flavor. It’s just not the flavor I was hoping would solve my issue for a Starbucks imitation. I would encourage anyone to still try this syrup, but do so to enjoy it for being its own flavor.

Delicious for Coffee
I love this lavender syrup. I recently got an espresso machine and I was looking for a delightful taste for my springtime lattes. I'm a huge fan of the Lavender Latte from Starbucks, so lavender was an obvious choice. This syrup is so tasty! It's floral without being perfume-y and has just the right amount of sweetness. The purple hue tints my steamed milk very faintly in a way that doesn't feel artificial. I simply add 2 tablespoons into my milk or almond milk before I steam it and it mixes in and flavors it perfectly. I've only used it for coffee so far, but I imagine it would be great for making cocktails as well. I tried making an italian soda, but that wasn't so good. The syrup is pretty delicate in it's flavorings so I imagine you'd need a more concentrated one for the italian soda thing to work out. Overall, I love that it's not too sweet, and I will definitely order this again!
