I don’t know why other people gave this product a bad review but I can tell you they diffidently didn’t understand the technical aspects of there knowledge in there field. This is a must to have if your care about the time and quality you provide to your clients needs.

This unit has saved us a ton of work. We're able to verify our cabling is correct before we leave a jobsite! It's also great for verifying switch ports, VLANS and IPs. So, you don't have to drag a laptop out to test network connectivity. We've been using it for months and the only issue has been that the screen started flickering and "choosing" options on it's own. I power-cycled it and it cleared up.

I couldn't use it and returned. The screen was frozen at the boot logo.

The Tester does everything that we thought it would do and more. We are very pleased with the functionality and ease of use. This would be a 5 Star review if the first unit delivered was not defective. TREND Networks Support was good overall and did not hesitate sending us a replacement unit. No issues since!

Absolutely nothing awful piece of equipment I will be returning it

Product arrived functioning but is clearly used or return stock. How can I pay $1500 for a device that someone else used, got dirty and then returned. No acceptable.
