70 cal 15 g of protein, chicken and the sea wild cot, Alaskan pink salmon skinless and boneless in springwater 2.5 ounces I bring one of these to work in my lunch with crackers with bread with salad you cannot go wrong. It’s a quick cheap lunch I keep them in my backpack. It’s very high in protein. The quality is good. There’s no odor. It’s better than a burger

It's not that bad if you mixed it with tuna in spring water and add a little bit of teriyaki sauce. You could also make salmon cakes.
