Is the stand included? It is displayed in the pics??** A: Ordered 6/2018 and received stand... But at that time, the stand was named in the product title. **Q: Is the radio able to charge the battery (like the stock nicad) or do you *have to* use the supplied charger?** A: When you install this battery, you've bypassed the rear AC connector and attendant circuitry and are using the AC connector that is on the new battery door. So yes, you have to use the supplied charger. Pro Tip: you can bypass the Windcamp battery with the on-off switch on the new battery door and supply the radio with an external 13V power supply via the rear AC connector as long as the external supply will give the radio enough current.
