If you are trying to taper off any form of prescription sleeping pills, this product provides zero help! The seller reached out after I had spent my money. When I expressed my frustration at seeing absolutely no benefits, the seller finally confessed it will "hopefully provide some level of help after taking it for 60+ days". Valerian Root is the most beneficial aspect of this product and, at a bare minimum, it should be an extended time release version to help the user go to sleep and stay under. Sadly, this product does not provide this type of Valerian Root! In my opinion, any seller of such a product should disclose this upfront to its most likely target audience PRIOR to purchase. It actually works better (for myself at least) than 'A' very popular prescription drug for insomnia. I take two capsules approximately an hour before bed. The capsules aren't too large and are easy to swallow. Very happily surprised with its potent calming, relaxing effects that allow me to decompress and actually get good, quality rest. It doesn't leave me feeling at all groggy in the morning. I've already recommended it to my parents, now they're taking it as well. I am a very light sleeper, a worrier, and my husband snores. I have tried a number of "natural " sleep aids including Serenity and Melatonin and none have helped.I have been using this product for about 2 weeks now and I have gotten a much better quality sleep on most nights. It's not 100% perfect for me, but a great improvement. I plan to reorder it and I would be happy to do a subscribe and save if they offer it. I do hope the product is successful and they continue making it. This is the best I have tried so far. I think it's the level of Valerian with the other calming ingredients.
