Browns bottles, I should have known the deal was to good to be true. They weren’t even the wide neck glass bottles. They were plastic. Sucked because I couldn’t return them due to them being a baby shower gift. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So far so good! *by F***A on April 5, 2017* My wife and I had been doing research and looking for a good baby bottle that helps with gas issues. Originally we started out with Phillips Avent bottles that we got for free as samples. They seemed to work well, but we both noticed that as the baby drank, air bubbles would visibly start forming in the milk. I didn't like this so I decided to make the switch to Dr. Browns since many review we read noted the reliability of the original Dr. Browns. I wanted something wider and in glass so the new Options Wide Neck glass bottles seemed to be the right choice. I can say, so far they've worked as described. No more air bubbles in the milk as he drinks. Perhaps the only downside is that there are more parts to clean, but that's not a big deal for us. Also, so far we have only encountered leaks when we didn't tighten the cap all the way. Other than that it has never leaked for us. ### ⭐ Don't waste your money like I did! *by B***M on March 30, 2017* I am disappointed in this bottle! It leaks around the rim and breast milk smells sour after only being in this bottle for an hour (it should last 4-6 hours). I thought I would like them at first because they are so much easier to clean than plastic and they do have good aspects but they just do not work for us! My daughter also struggles with the wider nipple.The main reason for the one star review is the horrible customer service from the Dr. Brown's company. I wrote to them TWICE to find out if/where I could purchase a preemie nipple for this bottle and I didn't even get a response. This was WEEKS ago! It's hard to want to spend money on a product from a company that doesn't even care about it's customers.
