This chair is the best purchase I have done in a long while. My back used to ache everyday due to long sitting hours and lack of proper chair at home. After using it I can say that my posture has improved and the chair does have a really good ergonomic design, is comfortable to sit on. Also assembling it was super easy. All the nuts came in the package itself with an allen key also! Edit 1: Though the chair provides good back support I feel the cushioning of the seat is somewhat less and could have been a little better keeping in mind the cost of the product.

Confortable and worth the price. Has height adjustable armrest, a lumbar support that can be only moved in or out (cannot be adjusted for height).

Been using since 4 years. Great chair really. I work from home and sit for long hours in a strech with total sitting upto 14 hours a day and I haven't felt back pain even once. I did the assembly myself and don't recall it being difficult.

The Featherlite "Astro" chair is perfect for long work hours. The adjustable lumbar support and armrests make it incredibly ergonomic, and the breathable mesh keeps me cool. The cushion is very comfortable, and the recline lock is great for added flexibility. Sturdy, stylish, and worth every penny!

Chair has to be assembled but it's super easy and they provide the tools. The box that it comes in, can be used to assemble it. Takes 10 minutes. The chair itself is very comfortable. Very good back support and the headrest is also well designed. Seat is very comfortable. I am 115 kgs and it supports my weight with ease. Someone gave it a 1 star rating because they had to have it assembled but seriously, don't look into those reviews. This is a damn good investment.

Don't buy this product. Warranty is fake, Very Very worst service they wont answer your call for warranty. Read the brand warranty reviews before buying this. waste of money.

Decent product. Finsh is just average, especially the hand-rests, which had rough edges. The back support doesn't seem to do anything much. Assembly needs to be done with the support of the tall box it comes with, keeping it on a table or chair will not work well. The wheels turn too smooth without enough friction to hold the chair in one place while seated, which is unacceptable. The height adjustments on both seat and handle seems to be barely enough for a even a short person. In summary, nothing to write home about, but no major issues either. Was expecting more from Featherlite, which is a known brand.

Delivered 2 days early. Thanks to Amazon. Easy installation. Though I got the message from Featherlite to book a slot for installation, I have done it myself. Product is good and sturdy material. Only one negative point (reason for 4 rating) that I can highlight is that the headrest is placed a bit high. Though it is adjustable, it will not come down till the back rest. A bit inconvenient in case your height is below 5.10, atleat I feel. Otherwise this will serve the purpose.
