I am curious about how much seed derived oil containing oleic acid (monounsaturated omega-9 fatty acid) vs flower derived oil containing omega-6 fat?

Conjugated Linoleic Acid is a slightly altered form of linoleic acid (LA), an omega-6 fatty acid important to human health. Omega-6 fatty acids are derived from the foods we eat, primarily from meat and dairy products. Therefore, CLA is primarily found in meat and dairy products. Since CLA is generally more abundant in grazing animals, changes in agricultural practices have resulted in less CLA in our foods. Our CLA is derived from safflower seed oil (not the flower itself), and delivers 1000 mg CLA per softgel. The body needs omega-6 fatty acids but can’t make them, which is why Omega-6 is termed “essential” (we must get it from our diets, just like Omega-3).Omega-9 fats are described as “non-essential,” because our bodies can synthesize them from other things we eat, and we don’t have to depend on direct dietary sources to obtain them. The main omega-9 is Oleic Acid, and it can be found in olive oil, canola oil, peanut oil and sunflower oil. But the body can make Omega 9's as it needs them; you don’t need to supplement with them.
