Can this be used from cartilage piercings?

I was amazed how quickly this took the soreness out of my cartilage peircing! First one I did took an entire year to heal. Fast forward 13 years later.. 6 weeks and I can't tell it's pierced most of the time. It's still tender, but I can actually sleep on it!
