In Dr. Shamsuddin's book he recommends that the IP6 + Inositol be taken on an empty stomach with water. If you mix it with food or protein, it becomes less effective. BTW, it tastes good - it has a sorta lemony flavor.

does not worth the money.

I saw earlier review by one user indicating that his psa has come down to 1 and is being maintained at the level. Inspired by this information I purchased the product and used it for 3 months and to my surprise I found my psa jumped up by 150%. I stopped this medicine immediately.
