Helping my supination
I had a supination problem. Now, I don't. They are comfortable and a good value and are relieving pain from an ankle sprain. This is my second purchase, for a new set of shoes. In other words, I am happy with these and the level of support they provide.

the product is nicely made, but the directions for its use don't exist. it doesn't tell you how many sections to use. I guess you have to rely on a docs directions.

Great except…
Honestly I do like these shoe inserts, and it has made wearing my shoes more comfortable, but I really wish the insert went further down the shoe instead of just at the heel. It may very well just be my shoes or how I walk, but I sort of feel like my foot is sort of compensating (in a bad way) for what little relief the inserts give me if that makes sense. These inserts will hold me over until I can see a pediatrist and get proper insoles though

They don’t stay where you put them
They don’t stay put in your shoes. If they can change the adhesive to where it stays put these would be great. They shifted sideways the more I walked with them in my shoes.

fast delivery. great price. After trying many $50-100 that didnt work... this one, at a fraction of the price, did work

Wear out quickly
They are good for a month, but wear out quickly. Wouldn’t recommend if you are a runner.

Not for my feet
didnt help my feet, I thought I was buying an entire sole not just the heel, maybe they work for other people but not for me☹️
