How fast does it work ?

I took 2 capsules around 7:15PM 07/23 and I was up around 1:30AM with a terrible stomach ache. Unfortunately I've been going all day. Just for background reference I am coming from the keto lifestyle for about 2 weeks to do a detox with herbs but I ordered the colon cleanse before the herbs and decided to take some to see what would happen. I also fast 20-24 hours everyday so I am pretty backed up. Drink a lot of fluids during the intake and continue drinking water and it should definitely work. Also eat light and healthy during the cleanse.
