what is the caliber of the stiff threader?

the threader has a stiff end that works great in the hearing aids we have. I've had no issues threading it through to clean.

Willl these work with nuear hearing aids? In canal receiver

I suspect they would. My ear molds are for bte aids but the vent hole is tiny and the work wonders! At this price, I’d say give them a try.

Are these like small pipe cleaners? How long are they?

I agree that they are somewhat like dental floss, maybe 18" long, somewhat still at each end then a larger foam center that does the cleaning. They can be difficult to thread through your hearing aid tube but I found a was that was pretty easy and they do a great job cleaning the inside of the tube. I like them.

Do you sell the Nano domes on Amazon?

These hearing aid cleaners work well. The string on each end is more stiff and the middle part is less fluffy than the brand my hearing aid professional provides. I like the convenience of having these and the ends being more stiff makes them easier to use. I recommend these for anyone with hearing aids.

I have the molded ear pieces that go into the ear canal because the umbrella ones don't work for me so there is a hole that needs to be cleaned and this item does the job. I put a little pressure from holding the string while running it through the hole also twirling the the string being pulled through and it does a good job.
