I like kneeling chairs for posture. This chair only took about 15 minutes to put together and is, so far, very comfortable. It has 3 possible positions for the distance from the seat to the shin pad. Adjusting the position is quick but requires you to use both allen wrenches, so don't lose them. You can also adjust the height of the chair depending on the height of the surface you're working on using a twist mechanism. That requires no reassembly. The chair is sturdy for my weight, about 165 lbs. My complaint is the cheap, dysfunctional casters that were included. See the video on this review. The locking casters lock perfectly but only seem to half unlock.
