**Q: Does this test for ammonia as well?**
A: Hi Mary, first of all, thank you for your interest in DIP & GO~ The short answer is that the "Ammonia Test Kit" is a separate test that tests for Ammonia only. The reason is that the ammonia chemical block will have interference with some of the chemicals on the 6-in-1 aquarium test strips if they were kept together, therefore the ammonia test strips is a stand-alone tester. And for your convenience, in addition to the Ammonia Test Kit, we also have the combo unit which conveniently packs both the 6-in-1 and ammonia testers into a single package. Hope this helps, Mary!

**Q: How many test strips come in the bottle**
A: Dear Cynthia, thank you for the question. The 6-in-1 aquarium test strip has 100 strips in total, 50 in bottle and another 50 sealed separately in a pouch so you can use it to refill when the strips in the bottle run out. The reason is that once the strips are exposed to air upon opening, they start to expire and its best to use them within 6 months, in certain places of very high humidity, its advised to be used within 4 months, but when its unopened, it can be kept for 2 years, so the 100 strips are split to maximize shelf life. The ammonia test kit has 30 strips in a bottle. And for the combo unit that combines 6-in-1 and ammonia test kit, there are 80 strips in total, 50 strips are the 6-in-1 (no pouch), and 30 ammonia strips. Hope this helps, happy fishkeeping!
