Could you please make these beanies in a larger size for men with big heads?

Agreed. I gotta head the size of a basketball and these hats squeeze my brains til they hurt.

Has anyone put hat in washing machine? If so what was the outcome? It says on label to hand wash...

Yes wash it ALONE, WITH NOTHING ELSE, ALL BY ITSELF on gentle cycle. If you put other clothes in the washer with it, like towels or anything it will make "pills" . The way to avoid pilling on the fabric is to ALWAYS WASH IT BY ITSELF. The hat comes out perfectly when washed alone. Then let it air dry. I put mine on top of my dryer and it dried in about a few hours. You can put it on the end of a chair or hang it to dry, it will dry quickly. Don't put it in a dryer at all and NEVER PUT IT IN A DRYER WITH OTHER THINGS IT WILL RUIN IT WITH PILES AND IT WILL DESTROY THE FABRIC SHAPE.

What is the difference between this hat (the A205) and the A18?

A205 is pictured and does not roll up. A18 rolls up. The 205 is what I wear in the winter time under my hard hat.
