Northside Women's Corona Sandal

I was going to Puerto Riconand was scrambling to find a pair of water/ hiking shoes. I am an 7.5 or 8 W and ended up with an 8. The shoe was perfect , not tight and fit in width just fine. I have a high arch and was worried but they were just fine. I hiked 3 miles in the El Yunke rain forest and swam in the waterfall. My toes were protected and I was surprised I didn't get blisters considering I hiked after I got out of the water. I then used them the next day to go zip lining in the hills. I had to climb some steep muddy hills and they worked great. For the price I was extremely satisfied and recommend them if you are in between sizes and a narrow I would probably go for the smaller size I.e if you are a 7.5 choose the 7 but if you have wide feet like me go for the 8. When I got these shoes I really liked them. They fit well and were comfortable, so I started wearing them, just everyday normal wear. School, work, a few kayaking trips and then they fell apart. I wore them less than 2 months and a side completely came apart and the sole wore through. This should not happen this quickly. I can't believe how thin the tread was that I walked through it in 2 months!

Bought these in preparation for an active trip to St. John, USVI where we knew we would be hiking most days. I could not have been happier with this purchase as 1) they weren't broken in before using them for hiking and it was nothing to worry about! 2) they looked way cooler on my feet than I'd initially envisioned, and 3) THEY WERE PERFECT for hiking on this island; it was hot and my feet needed to breath, I could use them on the beach, and they were great for climbing rocks in the beach which lead us to private beaches, something we wouldn't have been able to comfortably do with any other shoe! 4) Couldn't beat the price of 25 bucks. My only tiny compliant was that little pebbles/sand easily got in the openings occassionally, yet as easily as they got in, I could get them out with a quick shake. Great product. Just ordered my toddler a pair from the same maker!

I purchased these to wear at work during the summer. Where I work, you cannot wear sandals unless they are closed toe and have a back. So, these are perfect. They fit great. I am a size 7.5W, so I bought an 8. Perfect. It's not tight anywhere, it's a good length. I would definitely recommend these to others. I will be purchasing the other two colors.

I ordered these shoes when my Keens (which were only a month old) came loose in their stitching to the point that they were unwearable. My daughter has a pair just like these in the Northside brand as well and she loves hers. They were well made so I decided I would try my own pair.First of all, these are very well made. Secondly, they are really comfortable. My Keens always had a few spots inside that rubbed my foot but these have a soft inner lining that seems to protect from that. There are no rough edges due to materials or stitching, which is important for longer periods of walking.The sole is a really great gripping material that would make me feel much more comfortable wearing these versus other shoes on wet surfaces this summer.The fit is just right. I wear a size ten and my toes come all the way to the end so if you always wear the size you wear, you should be fine, but if you are in between, i might consider ordering up a size. Even if they end up a wee bit too big, the cord system will allow you to tighten them for a perfect fit.I also love the color of these and miracle of miracles - they do something most shoes are not capable of doing when you wear a size ten: They make my feel look small ;)I will probably be ordering a pair for my husband and son this week as we have a beach trip coming up but I have already been wearing mine around the house, in the yard, and running errands. This is going to be my summer "go to" shoe.

They're forget-I'm-wearing-them comfortable.And while some might find the fit a bit large, that's exactly what I need: plenty of room in the toe box. Room to wiggle toes, avoid blisters, prevent pain. Water -- heavy rain, puddles, creeks -- cleans these shoes. They remain comfortable while wet, dry quickly, and don't stink (apparently an issue with open athletic shoes). The grippy tread lets me move naturally yet securely. I've rarely worn any other shoes outside since these arrived. Unfortunately, gray and turquoise don't go with everything, so I have to order another or similar pair in black.

These were exactly what I was looking for - myself, husband and two friends each purchased a pair of these shoes for a trip that involved lots of sightseeing, walking and climbing over different types of terrain. Since our return, we've each ordered additional pairs for other friends and family members because they are so comfortable!! We walked all over - in both wet and dry conditions - not one slip, trip or blister for any of us. I even wore mine in the ocean and then walked around all day afterwords! These shoes are a great buy, and seem to hold up well. My recommendation for sizing is to round up since they don't (or didn't when we ordered) have half sizes available. Also awesome for yard work and rainy days!! They clean up in a snap, just hose 'em down!

I am a true 9 in almost every shoe. I generally size down in sandals and slingbacks, and now I remember why. The sandals were about a half-size too large, but it didn't hamper my use. The laces are actually a bungee cord, and I pulled that really tight and moved the bead and they fit fine. There is a handy clip at the end that you can use to fasten the bungee down to the shoe to keep them out of the way. The shoes were comfortable, required no breaking in, and survived white water rafting, hiking, and general walking about. I don't have much occasion to wear them in the metropolis where I live, but I will be lending them to my sister for her Central America trip and she should get good use out of them, as well.Would definitely buy again, perhaps a half size to a size smaller.

These sandals fit WAY better than I expected, and are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I have tiny, wide feet, but these sandals fit me perfectly, in every aspect. I ended up buying 3 more pairs, as when I can actually find a great pair of shoes, I want all of them in case they disappear tomorrow. When I see them again, I will be buying more. I want these sandals forever! Worth every single penny.

These shoes were great -wore them trekking in Costa Rican rainforests and for canyoneering down waterfalls - they dried very fast and even when walking in the rainforest - kept quite dry and dried while walking around! Recommended shoes - but they fit a tiny bit too big without having any half-sizes (I am normally 8.5 and ordered a 9) - but the elastic buckles kept them on great!

El diseño es bueno, los materiales son de plástico y por eso los pies se humedecen mucho a pesar de su diseño, de ahí que casi no los uso, tendré que comprar unos que sean de piel en todo. Gracias a Amazon y a la empresa de envío así como al servicio de paquetería.

- Hice cañonismo y rafting con ellos en zona selvatica con exposición a agua y humedad y funcionaron perfectamente. - El secado es como un 60% más rápido que unos tennis regulares pero estos no pesan cuando se mojan.- Para mi fué una excelente compra y los llevaré a mis próximos viajes.- Definitivamente mejor que unos aquashoes porque la suela da un mejor soporte. Esteticamente se ven mejor sin calcetas pero al mojarlos decidí si utilizar para evitar cualquier roce.- No estaba segura del color, pero el lodo al secarse queda color gris/cafesito y no se ve tan mal comparados con unos color negro, entonces me encantaron.- 100% recomendados
