Great substitute for my Homemade Noodles
I like making my own food products like baked goods, candies and pasta. When I can't get to making Egg Noodles, I prefer this brand as it boils up nicely and keeps its shape and great flavor. It doesn't become mushy in the left overs, which are very few! It's not expensive which coincides with me making my own and it has a good shelf life. I like this over No Yolk.
