Bad Quality & Poor After Sales Support
It started drifting pretty bad after 6 months. I inquired about the return process to have it repaired since it is still underwarranty. I had never had a product that malfunctioned so I d not know how Amazon/Seller does warranty, to my surprise, it is sooooo bad. 1st, you have to request for the invoice from the seller (2days) 2nd, you have to reach out to manufacturer which is SONY, to initiate or inquire the process. Conclusion, you are better off buying something you would be using pretty regularly at a physical shop, that way, if something goes wrong and needed for the item to be repaired/replaced, it is the seller's job to deal with the Manufacturer. I have bought countless electronics before at an actual shop so I was baffled as to why suddenly when you buy something from Amazon/Seller, you are on your own, luckily I was able to speak to supervisor from Amazon and got a refund. I just don't understand why can't they just pick it up on the first place and deal with it i.ei repair/replace etc. I wish there is an option to out No stars for this review as 1 star is being too generous

Guter Controller mit modernem Design
Der DualSense Wireless-Controller in „Midnight Black“ überzeugt durch sein schlichtes und hochwertiges Design. Die dunkle Farbgebung wirkt dezent und passt gut zur PS5 sowie zu verschiedenen Setups. In der Nutzung liegt der Controller angenehm in der Hand und eignet sich auch für längere Spielsessions. Die Tasten reagieren zuverlässig und präzise. Besonders die adaptiven Trigger und das haptische Feedback bringen zusätzliches Spielgefühl, auch wenn der Unterschied je nach Spiel mal stärker oder schwächer auffällt. Die Akku-Laufzeit ist insgesamt in Ordnung, könnte aber etwas länger sein. Die Verbindung funktioniert stabil und ohne Probleme.
