I get terrible cramps and really bad lower back pain and these patches help so much. I use them on my lower stomach and my lower back too. They are super easy to apply and the adhesive is sticky, I’ve never had one fallen off during the day or at night. And they actually smell good (like lavender essential oils or something) but it’s not a strong smell at all so it doesn’t bother me and no one else can smell them. They also get pretty dang hot! Sometimes I have to put them on top of my underwear because they get so hot. They work really well and they last for probably 6+ hours because when I wake up in the morning after wearing one to bed, it is STILL warm!
