I generally run pretty warm so a heavy blanket is out of the question or I will wind up waking up in the middle of the night sweating. I had just gone through my 5th blanket and was getting frustrated, when this blanket arrived. It took a while because it came from China, but it turned out to be worth the wait. After washing it, i was ready to give it a try! Well, I slept like a baby! Not waking up from being too hot a single time! Been using this blanket ever since! I have had a few nights where I have had to put a fan on, but I like this blanket so much I have bought 2 more! Oh, by the way, the thermostat in my house is set at 70 at night. My fiancée is just like me as well, she is hot blooded so no complaint from her about being too cold. Everyone's internal thermostat is different so your results my vary, but it worked for me.
