Eco tools is located in Illinois but the tag from this product says it was made in China. **Q: Are they all green? I want green only whine fuss** A: No - the mixed bag I received had blue and pink (2 of each) as well as green. **Q: Do these come packaged in a plastic bag? I hate when they get shipped out in the open since I’m bathing with them.** A: Yes, the 6 sponges were packed together in a plastic bag. **Q: Latex free?** A: I have a latex allergy and I haven't had a reaction.
