The numbers on the bottom are totally meaningless, 5 is shorter than 4 but 6 is taller. 2 and 3 are identical. I could have saved myself a bunch of restringing and tuning if I had just measured them (or just looked closely) and arranged them low-middle-high-high-middle-low and ignored those stupid numbers. Now my action is low and fast and the buzz and fretting out on certain strings is gone. Was really irritated at first, much happier now. The picture made them look closer to the chrome or nickel. In reality they look like a flat gray.
