Instead, I use them for some back exercises I do to help with a herniated disk. The blocks are fairly solid with just a very small amount of give. It's comfortable enough for me to use it to prop my head up as I lie on the floor on my back. I also use it to elevate my legs. The purple color is sold at a considerable discount which was half the price of the black set when I purchased it.
